On Tuesday November 23, 2004, The Administrative Judiciary court adjourns considering the ten cases, filed by HRAAP against the Egyptian Ministry of Interior to oblige it to unveil the destiny of ten citizens disappeared coercively many years ago, to session of January 18, 2004 according to the request of the lawyers of the Ministry of Interior to give a reply to what is mentioned in these ten cases
It is noteworthy to say that these citizens’ families confirmed that the arrest has token place by breaking through their houses, and in some cases these forces assault on their households and lead the aforementioned to the premises of the state security investigations and detaining them many days and then they disappeared completely.
It is worth mentioning that HRAAP submitted many complaints and reports to the Attorney General and the Ministry of Interior to open investigations in his case or even informing their families, however all these complaints has been held off.
Consequently, their disappearance caused so a large amount of grave physical and moral harm to their families, whereas some of them have been afflicted with grave diseases and some others lost their supporters and some others died dreaming of only seeing their sons and that is what urged the association to file these cases as a new attempt to unveil the destiny of those citizens.
