Issues a study entitled " Woman in Sinai: Tribal protection and Present Challenges"

Human Rights Association for Assisting Prisoners has issued a study entitled: "Woman in Sinai: Tribal protection and Present Challenges" by the researcher Yosuf Mubarak.
 
   The study is organized in  eleven chapters; the researcher begins it by defining a Bedouin woman as a term , then identifies Bedouin woman in Sinai. He talks about a woman` s status in Bedouin culture, and about the conventional judiciary and collective liability; he also talks about characteristics of conventional judiciary and makes a comparison between it and modern legal codes. He also deals with the sphere of implementing conventional judiciary and the collective liability of individuals ` tribe in that a crime starts an individual offence , but after having  been committed , a crime comes to be a collective one, in terms of a party who shoulders responsibility and another party who befalls a penalty for it . The researcher then tackles issues of Honour (firstly: Rapes – Secondly, issues of Kidnap –Thirdly, adultery issues –Fourthly, Reputation Issues) The author tackles the cr4ime of launching aggression on home . He also gives a definition to a penalty and its characteristics , its kinds , and mentions its objectives . The study include4s practical samples and models and it shows the journey of struggle Woman from Sinai went through , and new challenges she faces , all in the context of dealing with Woman and Development and Woman and education and a Bedouin woman` s health . The study also includes a collection of rare pictures for Sinai Woman in the community of Sinai desert.
